Shipping policy

  1. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.
  2. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  3. Delivery Timeframes: We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within minimum 4 to maximum 10 working days, provided there are no unexpected delays.Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline. We strive to deliver your orders promptly. If you haven't received your package or shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bynemara.com providing your name and order number. We will investigate and provide assistance to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
    Note: This does not apply to failed / delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.)
  4. Packages shipped by Nirukti Roastrie LLP are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order. If the product is purchased from Amazon or Flipkart, any problem with the product is advised to get it replaced or a refund from the respective e-portal.
